TerraMax Inc. 5% Rebate Offer – Official Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose: TerraMax sees the need to lower input costs for growers and farmers without impacts on distribution partners. Thus, this rebate program targets growers and farmers directly.
2. Eligibility:
This offer is valid only for purchases made by end-users in the United States between December 1, 2025, and May 31th, 2026. Purchases must be made directly from TerraMax Inc. or an authorized TerraMax retailer or distributor. Employees, resellers, and distributors are not eligible to participate.
3. Eligible Products:
All TerraMax products qualify except pit treatments, Ag Soft, and adjuvants.
4. Rebate Amount:
Customers will receive a rebate equal to 5% of the pre-tax purchase total of eligible TerraMax products.
5. How to Redeem:
Submit your rebate request no later than September 1st, 2026, including:
o A completed rebate form (available at terramaxag.com)
o A dated sales receipt or invoice showing qualifying products
o Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
6. Rebate Payment:
Valid submissions will be processed, and rebate checks will be mailed within 6–8 weeks of receipt and verification. Checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance. TerraMax is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.
7. Limitations:
o Limit one rebate per household, person, or business entity.
o Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
o Fraudulent submissions may result in disqualification.
o TerraMax reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
8. Privacy:
Information provided will be used only to process your rebate and, if you consent, to receive future communications from TerraMax Inc. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
